New Way^® Adds Ken Beugger and Carl Pezold to Sales Team

Scranton, IA - The national sales team at New Way^® is growing this summer with the addition of two seasoned veterans in the waste industry, Carl Pezold and Ken Beugger. Both Pezold and Beugger worked for another prominent refuse truck manufacturer before joining the New Way^® team. Pezold is the National Field Service Manager while Beugger is now the Regional Sales Manager for Canada and Florida. New Way^® management believes the addition of these two professionals will be very important for the company's future growth.

Both Pezold and Beugger say they were drawn to work for New Way^® because of their strong values and work ethic. Beugger immediately experienced the company's family feel when a close family member became ill and later passed away soon after he began working. "I had to take time off and knew the implications, but the entire New Way^® staff was very supportive and understanding," Beugger said. "This is just a great team to work for."

Both new team members say they are most excited about the company's track record of strong growth, and how they might be able to contribute to future success. "New Way has grown leaps and bounds in the past years, and the success of the Sidewinder automated unit is an exciting recent development," Pezold said. "I can't wait to see what the future has in store for us."
