New Way Expands International Sales Team
Waste industry-leading refuse truck manufacturer New Way Trucks is continuing to expand its global presence, adding a new International Sales Manager to its staff. Diego Espinoza joins the Scranton, Iowa-based company this month, and will be responsible for the company’s Latin America sales territory.
Espinoza comes to New Way with a strong background in international sales, most recently working with Same Deutz-Fahr, a leading international tractor manufacturer, in its Central America, Mexico and Caribbean market area — much of the same territory he will cover in his new role with New Way. Espinoza also has extensive sales experience for major corporations across the United States.
The hiring of Espinoza is part of New Way’s continued efforts to bring its world-class refuse trucks to Latin America. The company has also partnered with the DHAPSA Corporation in Mexico City for additional manufacturing support. Notably, Espinoza has ties to Costa Rica — home to Cotisa, one of New Way’s existing dealers in the region.
“We are looking forward to welcoming Diego to the New Way Trucks sales team,” said Don Ross, New Way’s vice president of sales and marketing. “His background and expertise will help us continue to grow our presence and serve our customers in Latin America, bringing New Way refuse and recycling trucks to more cities and new heights in this part of the world.”
Espinoza, fluent in both English and Spanish, holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and a bachelor’s of science degree from Kansas State University.
