Lightweight Rear Loader with Full-sized Compaction
The New Way® Cobra™ Rear Loader is the contractor's choice, striking the perfect balance between outstanding compaction and a lightweight 20 yd³ body. With a compaction rate of up to 850 lbs per yd³, the Cobra is a powerful rear-load refuse truck that will do everything mid-size garbage trucks can do. This refuse packer features a redesigned fully formed trough and ejection panel that increases structural integrity, allows replaceable components longer service lives, and aids serviceability. Cobra is available in 16, 18, and 20-yard capacities.

The Cobra's ability to pack approximately 850 to 1,000 lbs per yd³ is impressive for a refuse truck of this size.
Lightweight Body
The lighter weight of the Cobra's 20 yd³ body incorporates a large, 3 yd³ hopper on a single-axle chassis.
Ease of Maintenance
The cylinders are externally mounted in straight lines for easy access and maintenance.
