The New Way® Viper™ is one of the most popular mid-compaction rear-load garbage truck bodies on the market today. It is a lighter, faster version of the industry-leading New Way Cobra™.
The ever-popular 11-yard Viper does not require a CDL to operate as it is commonly sold on chassis under 26,000 lb. GVWR. It's the perfect refuse collection vehicle for small-volume residential routes and a reliable, durable favorite of fleet managers from coast to coast and also features a fully formed trough and ejection panel that increases structural integrity, results in longer service life for replaceable components, and makes the Viper easier to service. This packer is available in 9, 11, and 13-yard models.
Automatic tailgate locks come standard on the Viper. The control handle is located on the side of the chassis, which eliminates the time and effort needed to go back and forth to operate the traditional turnbuckle locks.
With accessories and adapters to accommodate all varieties of residential cart tippers and commercial containers, a rear-view camera, and a two-year cylinder warranty, the New Way® Viper™ is a venomous rear loader truck that is sure to paralyze the competition.
