Pam Beardmore Joins New Way Trucks Sales Team

Pam will provide critical support to the order entry process, assist distributors, and enhance the company’s reporting capabilities. She brings years of industrial and manufacturing administrative experience to the highly motivated team at New Way.

After earning her Bachelors Degree in Industrial Technology Management from the University of Northern Iowa, Beardmore spent more than twenty years working with two major manufacturers in West-Central Iowa. Prior to being hired by New Way, she worked as a Human Resources Administrator for Carroll Coolers and Human Resources Assistant for Pella Corporation in Carroll, Iowa.

Her skills in administrative support and management lead to effective changes in the companies she’s worked with.
