Refuse truck manufacturer New Way® Trucks continues to grow and shows no signs of stopping with the recent addition of five new distributors. The Iowa-based company recently expanded their reach into new territories in Wisconsin, Louisiana, Utah, New York and Ohio.
New Way boasts a large, dedicated distributor network throughout the United States as well as internationally. “We had a few holes we needed to fill and are extremely happy with the new distributors that have come on board,” said New Way Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Phil Allen. “They’ve already hit the ground running with helping establish New Way products in their respective areas.”
Envirotech Equipment Company, which is based in Lannon, WI, will cover the state of Wisconsin and bring strong municipal sales experience to the New Way Dealer Network. Owned by Dave Bogie, Envirotech was established in 2005, and has continued to grow in the waste, sewer and storm, street sweeping and road maintenance industries.
In an effort to bring in sales and support to Louisiana, New Way has brought on Covington Sales and Service, Inc. The family-owned Denham Springs, LA, based company was founded in 1982 by Gene and Jackie Covington, and has an outstanding reputation for sales and service. Covington currently represents over 15 lines in the waste, sewer, road and maintenance industries.
Semi Service, Inc. in Salt Lake City, UT, now represents New Way in Utah and brings renowned sales and service capabilities to the growing network. Expanding their foot-hold on the state of New York, Guthrie Sales and Service from Bergen, NY, a division of Guthrie Heli-Arc, Inc., has been added to serve Northwest New York.
In addition, Southeastern Equipment Co. Inc., now carries and services New Way trucks across Ohio and Indiana. The environmental division, which is headquartered in Cambridge, OH, maintains strong equipment sales and service experience with numerous service locations.
“It really is impressive. Our network continues to grow and we are fortunate to have added these companies to our New Way family,” Allen added. “The future looks very bright for our team.”
