New Way^® Dealers Assemble in Des Moines for 2015 Dealer Summit

Scranton, IOWA - The Sheraton® in West Des Moines became home to over 130 New Way® Dealers and staff as the Iowa-based refuse truck manufacturer held their annual Dealer Summit meeting. The meeting, which ran from September 14-16, 2015, was attended by distributor principals and sales representatives from across the nation, who listened as New Way staff presented the latest sales tools, product innovations, and company updates.

In addition to providing distributors with tools and updates, the three day Summit also allowed distributors to share insights on industry trends in their respective areas. "Both New Way and our distributor network benefit from our annual Dealer Summit," said New Way Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Phil Allen. "We are grateful to have such hardworking distributors who are committed to bettering the New Way distributor network through attendance at each year's Summit."

While the meetings took place in Des Moines, many New Way Dealers and partners traveled to Scranton, Iowa to tour the recently expanded New Way facility. The new building, which covers 56,000 sq ft, not only expands the company's refuse truck production capabilities, but also creates 75 new jobs for Greene County.

Allen went on to say, "Their [New Way Dealers] eagerness to learn and improve our processes is just one reason why we have built such a strong, dedicated network."
