Former F15 Crew Chief Joins New Way Team

Industry-leading refuse truck manufacturer New Way Trucks’ latest sales team member, Courtney Malloy, has spent most of her career in the air, but she’s prepared to hit the ground running as a Sales Assistant in their Scranton, Iowa facility. With a background in the military as well as renewable energy, she brings unique and valuable perspective to the team.

“Courtney’s work experience and leadership abilities make her a great addition to our sales team,” said New Way VP of Sales and Marketing, Phil Allen. “She perfectly embodies what our company is about, and her insights and expertise will bring a lot to our already-successful sales team.”

Malloy has an associate degree in industrial Electro-Mechanical Technology in addition to a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health. She comes to New Way with experience as a wind turbine fleet manager and technician, as well as an F15 Crew Chief in the United States Air Force.

Although Malloy is new to the waste industry, she is ready to take on fresh challenges as a Sales Assistant. “I’m excited to join the New Way team and work for a company so dedicated to innovation and creating quality products,” said Malloy. “I’m looking forward to helping to bring New Way trucks to new places, and working with our customers across the country.”
